Ashleigh brings her background in economics to energy efficiency and policy analysis at the Energy Center. She has a Master's of Science Degree in Agriculture and Applied Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and worked as an analyst at the McDowell Group, an economic research firm in Juneau, Alaska that works in the intersection of industry development, community development and natural resources.
Ashleigh transitioned to the field of economics from her earlier work in international development. She spent three years at the International Peace Bureau in Geneva, Switzerland, and earned her BA in Peace and Justice Studies at Wellesley College.
